Team Sparring
The next Team Sparring event is on Saturday 30th September 11am.
This event is in aid of the charity INAD (Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy). Any graded student can participate and the name list will be up on the wall next to the fire bell.
We will be having some interclub bouts on this event and this is for any intermediate or advanced student. here is a separate list for this so please ensure you put your name on the correct list.
The event will be £8 to all, participants and spectators (all participants receive a medal).
Nak Muay Legacy Show
September 16th – only 3 weeks to go before this big event packed with exciting fights from junior to A class.
