Congratulations to both our fighters Rhys Richards and Leon Samuels
Rhys won by TKO in the 5th round with a solid performance stopping his opponent with a barrage of strong punches and Leon won on points against a more experienced opponent.
Interclub Altrincham
Well done to everyone who competed in the interclub last weekend, you all sparred exceptionally well.
Group Grading
Our next grading is on Sunday 3rd April. The name list will go on reception next week. Remember you need to have a chat with an instructor to see if you’re eligible to grade. We generally advise you to stay at your grade for at least 6 months to consolidate your knowledge and develop better stamina, strength and conditioning.
