MEN UP NORTH
Last year we introduced this amazing charity that helps men deal with mental health issues and offers opportunities for conversation for men.
We are hoping to work with this organisation offering free sessions and the opportunity for our male students to access their services.

Welcome to MEN UP NORTH.
We run men’s circles and engaging activities.
In our sessions we share tools that help men develop the confidence and resilience to navigate an increasingly complex world.
All the activities that we run have been carefully designed with this in mind: to help men to develop better connections with themselves, their communities, and nature.
Currently we run:
Men Can we talk groups, 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month, 7-9pm @ 108 the moor, S1 4PD (city centre).
Community allotment groups, intermittent Sundays.

We would like to welcome Imran Khan and Mehdi Firoozi back to Wicker Camp. It has been wonderful to see them back training at Wicker Camp coming full circle to where they began their Muay Thai journey.
