Matching is under way and we have confirmed an English Title for Roo against Baz Adbullah.

Group Grading 20 & 21.09.2025
Prepare for this grading, make sure you attend classes regularly, have a chat with an instructor to see if you’re ready.
Beginners you need to have been training 4 to 6 months before being considered.
Maybe book a 121 yourself or with a group to refresh your knowledge and see if you’re ready.
Name list will go on reception late August.

Our junior classes will be suspended for the summer break. The last ones being in Thursday 31st July and resume on Tuesday 2nd September.
Graded juniors will be allowed to train in our open sessions on Mon Wed Fri mornings 9-11am and Sunday 11.30am – 12.30pm.
Any memberships will be honoured so any days missed will be forwarded.
