Team Sparring Championships
Well done to all students who took part in this fundraising event last night and thank you to everyone who came to support the event.
A big thank you to Franky and Riley team captains, Yusuf and Daniel seconds, Adnan for his amazing interview techniques and Harry, Roo, Henry for great refereeing.
It was 34° in the gym so just like being in Thailand😎.
We raised £655 which will go towards future international IFMA events for our fighters….amazing👏🏼
OPEN SESSION WEEK
From Monday 14th to Friday 18th July we will be running our Open Session week.
This is where you can come along and train alongside students from all different levels and workout on the bags or with a partner on the pads.
Our B1 classes Monday to Thursday 8-9pm and Junior classes 4.30-6pm are still running as normal but all other classes are replaced with the following open sessions…..
Monday Wednesday 5-8pm
Tuesday Thursday 6-8pm.
Friday 5-7pm.
