Thank you to all those students who have volunteered to take part in Team Sparring on Friday. You must have a gum shield, a groin guard, shinpads and for -70kg 14oz and for +70kg 16oz sparring gloves. We have spares if required.
Matching will begin tomorrow and the bout order will be available to see when you arrive on Friday.
Doors open at 5pm and the first bout will be 6pm. You can pay cash on the door (£7pp to ALL)
