As we come to the end of 2024 we can reflect on the past 12 months at WickerCamp.
We have welcomed lots of new students this year; locally, nationally and internationally and hope they make great memories with us……… It’s always lovely to welcome old students back and we accept that we only borrow people and what comes with that is we naturally have to lose some students and it’s always sad to see them go but they move forward in life hopefully taking special memories of their time at WickerCamp. We are lucky to have students keep in touch with us from all over the world!!
We have seen our much loved Arjarn Mick Mullaney retire this year to follow his other passion in life, Art and we wish him the very best of luck in this new journey. He has created some fantastic pieces this year and you can follow his new journey on fb.
We have been very active with fighters this year competing both nationally and internationally and will continue to see this in 2025. It’s very rewarding to see our fighters develop, achieve and grow from their experiences and we look forward to seeing some new fighters emerge this year to continue this success.
We had another successful long awaited Thailand trip in 2024 with 42 people creating memorable experiences together. We look forward to another one in 2027 which will celebrate WickerCamp’s 50th anniversary.
So as we move forward into 2025 we take this opportunity to thank all our wonderful family who make WickerCamp the special place it is. Also to all our students who give us so much pleasure in doing what we love doing most…..teaching Muay Thai.
Finally we want to wish everyone a very happy and healthy 2025. We look forward to making more special Muay Thai memories together.
