IFMA Open Championships Antalya Turkey 4-9th December 24
Riley, Franky and Roo are competing in this international event from 4-9th December as part of the GB Muay Thai team and are super excited to be representing the UK. Originally they were going to Kosovo but due to low numbers the GB team are attending this one.
They are competing for 🥇🥈🥉 against the best fighters in their age and weight categories from all over Europe. They could have up to two fights per day over the 4 day event and they must weighin every morning making it that much tougher. They have been working hard and have been 100% dedicated to their training and their diet.
As you may know these international events are self funded and without the support from WickerCamp students and parents our fighters would not be able to compete. These events cost £1,000.00s (this one £3,000.00 inclusive) and the gym always contributes, making up the shortfall after fundraising. We want to thank each and every one of you and to our businesses, BR Gas Services Ltd, Borden Electrics and Monika Katarzyte Massage Therapy for their very generous contribution and hard work.

Lowestoft 7th December
The final show of the year is in Lowestoft where Roman Carnall and Henry Chester are fighting. Roman is competing in his final N class and Henry B class ProAm.
A late addition to this bill is Leon Samuels
who has just fought on the MTGP show with a solid performance and victory. He is now competing in the 4 man tournament with a chance of winning £1,500.00 prize money.

Please note the next group grading is on SATURDAY due to us supporting an event on the Sunday.
There are limited places available on this date but you can grade privately anytime by appointment. Please check your eligibility by having a chat with an instructor before putting your name down and you MUST take a rules and conduct sheet from reception so you know what is required.
