Birmingham Interclub
Well done to everyone who competed in the interclub today. Between you all you showed good technique, good ringcraft and great courage. The experience today is invaluable in your development as a Thai Boxer.

Class Suspension
Juniors – just a reminder our junior classes are suspended for August due to summer holidays. First one back will be Tuesday 6th Sept.
Our Sunday women only class is also suspended during August until Sunday 4th Sept. However, Wednesday women only class 6-7pm is not affected and will still run throughout summer.
Upcoming Shows
The next show is Nak Muay Legacy at Barnsley Metrodome 17th September.
We have a big line up on this show with 9 fighters competing.
