WE ARE OPEN during the hot weather!!! Why wouldn’t we be??? We are well ventilated, got loads of fans on, got lots of water in and yes you’ll be hot but it’ll be a steady technique class and just like training in Thailand (which they do twice a day every day). We are human beings and have survived this far by adapting and solving problems!!! Let’s just crack on…….
