Water Bottles
We have quite a few left water bottles in reception. Please come and collect this week as they will be recycled at the weekend.
We have 2 black bags of left clothes in the gents…..please come and collect this week as everything will be recycled this weekend.
B2/3 Sparring Friday 28th Jan
We are sorry but this class is cancelled this Friday. Please bring your sparring gear to Wednesdays class (tomorrow).
Open session at 5pm is still on and the Int/Adv sparring at 6pm is still on.
