It’s only been 1 week and it seems like forever!!!

Hope you’re staying active, productively using your 1 hour of outdoor time. Indoors you can do your gym tests, practice your techniques, do a bit of shadow boxing and stretching and you can do some boxing blows on a wall, with your gloves on!

Whatever you’re doing to keep fit, keep doing it. We will check in with you from time to time, counting the days down.

There are lots of sessions here on the website and on James Ogdens fb page so have a look, a little bit is better than nothing at all.
