Good morning everyone.

Sorry for the delay we had some technical difficulties uploading last night.

The following clips are a series of boxing blows which can be done in lots of different ways. You can do them on their own or incorporate them into a session with previous clips.

You don’t need a partner, you can do them on a bag or against a wall (light punches). On the pads or into a partners hands or like in the clip glove to glove.

There’s no sound just a brief explanation at the beginning of each clip.

The idea is to to do 10 reps of each set on both sides (orthodox and southpaw) with set of 10 single jabs between each set. Enjoy.
