Happy New Year
to everyone.
We are looking forward to seeing you all back in the gym this week/month. Our junior classes start back from Sunday 8th BUT all other classes resume today.
International Competition
Once again our young WickerCamp athletes are invited to compete internationally in Ireland at the IFMA Open Championships as part of a GB team.
Hanniyah, Franky, Roo and Sebastian will represent GB fighting under IFMA amateur full Thai rules. These young students train very hard, as hard as any adult fighter and they juggle schoolwork and for some part time jobs and without the support of their parents and the gym would not be able to participate in these events.
Roo, Franky and Sebastian fought in Poland in December which was their first international event and they all did very well with Roo winning gold medal in his category. We hope that this event will see them performing to the best of their ability once again.
These events are self funded and once again we are asking for your help with part funding. The gym will pay for one athlete and parents are contributing what they can and hopefully we can raise the rest through kind donations. Any small amount counts and you can donate here online or by cash at reception.

Group Grading
There will be an additional group grading to replace the one that was cancelled in December.

This group grading is ONLY OPEN to those students who were due to grade in December. Please put your name down on the list on reception and take a rules and conduct sheet.
The next group grading will be in March.
