Even if you’re not sparring come along to support those who are 🥳, remember everyone who takes part receives a medal and if you’re team wins you hold the coveted Team Sparring Championship cup….
The first bout will be at 6pm and doors open at 5pm….. spectators and competitors £5 entry.
