Water Bottles…..
We have collected quite a selection of water bottles since opening. We cannot keep them and just don’t have the space. Some are expensive so please come and collect them by Friday this week.

Hi my son is a beginner is 9 years old and wants to a join a kick boxing class ,
Which would be best suited class for him
Hi. Our dedicated junior beginner classes are on Tues and Thurs 4.30pm and Sat 9am. You need to register and book in online and his 1st class is free. He should wear comfortable loose fitting clothes and train in bare feet.
