• Sanitise your hands on entry and after using toilet facilities
• Sanitise your punch bag and area at the end of the session
• Showers are NOT in use
• Do not use changing rooms unless you have permission and only 1 person is allowed in at any time
• Please exit via the fire exit next to the boxing ring
• Do not leave anything behind we cannot save equipment or clothing
