It’s good to see people using the online clips to keep active. Mix and match them to create your own personalised session that way it keeps it fresh.

The gym has been closed nearly 5 weeks now!! BUT we are still here and can’t wait to re-open and get back to teaching Muay Thai.

Here’s a 30 min session for you to try. You can replace the bagwork with alternative exercises as advised in the clip…..even Tilly joined in!!
