We have received an email today 23.03.20 from Debit Finance Company who are the company that deals with your memberships.

As a government regulated business they have a duty of care to protect members. This means that ALL Direct Debit membership contracts will be frozen and NO collections from members banks will be taken from 25th March 2020 until further notice.

What this means for you now:

  • If you are happy for your contract to be automatically frozen until we re-open then you do not need to take any further action.
  • ¬†If you want your contract to be cancelled permanently then please email me at trix@wickercamp.co.uk and I will do that this week.

Finally we are humbled by and extremely grateful to those members who are able and happy to continue with their payments to support the gym during this extraordinary difficult time. If you are one of these people then you need to email:

accountmanagement@debitfinance.co.uk

stating:

  • The name of the gym (Sheffield Thai Boxing Gym)
  • Your full name.
  • Request to reinstate and continue payments.

For our cash paying members the gym will honour any membership term missed upto the time we re-open.

We thank you for your continued support, loyalty and patience during this very difficult time for everyone.

      Hi Capan, sorry for the delay in replying. Unfortunately I am unable to re-instate your DD you have to contact DFC direct and request. However, it is a lengthy process and not easy to get in touch. We are managing at the moment so hang on and if and when we need the help your offer will be most appreciated.
