Well done and a big thank you to all those who participated and came to support the Team Sparring event last night.
It was a great night of Muay Thai with 24 exciting bouts with quite a few doing two bouts. The Red team won by a massive 17 bouts to 7!!
Thank you to Darren for refereeing, Roo and Henry the captains and Franky and Harry for seconding who ensured the event ran smoothly.
AND a Happy Birthday to Hiba who celebrated her birthday yesterday…
