Our KRUNG shipment has arrived. If you are waiting for special order gloves you can collect them from tonight.
Check out our fantastic new Thai Pads and Leg Kick Pads for use in the gym. You can own your own and are available to order in different colours.
We now have the following items in stock…
- Quality Bag Gloves (ideal for beginners for padwork and bagwork)
- Sparring gloves (12 – 16oz in a variety of cool two tone colours)
- Elasticated shin pads (ideal for B23 students as an affordable 1st pair to protect but also develop conditioning)
- Quality long handwraps in a great range of colours
- Metal groin guards (essential for sparring and the best option)
REMINDER
You DO NOT have to book for classes anymore, just turn up.
Our new timetable is now in place….
We want to continue with the following protocols…
- Sanitise and clean down all equipment and areas used with the spray bottles and blue roll
- When appropriate leave via the fire exit next to the boxing ring
- Do not leave any items in the gym: clothes, water bottles, training equipment, they cannot be saved!
- DO NOT come to the gym if you have a cough, cold or fever or think you may have COVID
- Please tell us if you are tested positive for Covid and have attended the gym in the previous 5 days

We have a number of events planned for Sept/Oct: Interclub Sparring and In-house Team Sparring.
